Very nice shop

It is my favorite bakery in Munich. It has a big variety of different cakes. Also the croissants here are really the best - crispy and always fresh. The Staff is friendly. P.S. hot chocolate is also very tasty

The staff was very unfriendly. I walked in, there were no other customers. I waited for at least 5 minutes while they were talking to each other, completely ignoring my presence. Then finally they graced me with a look and an impolite request for my order and LITERALLY as I was asking for a coffee, the guy turned away from me and started speaking to his colleague again, mid-sentence. So yeah, that was pretty rude. I walked out.

This cake turned out to be golden (very expensive) and not a single piece of it was eaten full of butter and we became resilient to our guests. You are unacceptable ...

Nice ambience and nice service. There are goods to take away as well as to be tasted in the shop. Among other things, you will find numerous tartlets, cake variations, pralines and chocolates.

Actually a top store At the beginning, it has since declined significantly. I wanted to have breakfast there this morning, there were 2 guests with me and 2 employees. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast because the colleagues are sick. What ??? Sorry, only one star for it

Best ice cream confectionery in Munich. Everything great. The best ice cream, pies, pita cakes from Germany. Sorbet ice cream with fresh fruits. So good. Great. Friendly staff. I like to go back here again and again and always very happy with everything.

Cake is delicious and the staff is lovely. The prices are already very high but as long as the quality is right, it's ok ;-)

Great selection of delicious cakes, we finally managed to take a look. ???? But: no sensible advice, modest service, uncomfortable furniture, no attempt is made to keep the minimum distance due to Corona, wrong drink delivered, piece of cake costs € 5.50. ?‍♂️ These points could be dealt with individually, but in this multitude that means for us: once and preferably not more, there are numerous cafes in the immediate vicinity with at least as good cakes and a better overall package. ??

Very big place, good location as cafe/working place. Hot chocolate are killers but still very kind :) Try especially everything. Lots of choices and staff chill. Will definitely make you fat if you come here everyday.

I bought six Cakes and all of them were very delicious! One came i little later but the service team was very nice and handled the situation very well! They also send me a little note which i really appreciated!

Very bad service

nice and modern place. the quality of the desserts is good and they are tasty. they make also good coffee. The main and serious disadvantage is the price of the products. Very expensive even for the Munich people. (a dessert and a little plastic bottle of water 10 euro)

The cake at least 3 days old. At a price of € 4.50 each absolute insolence! The name of the shop suggests that all sorts of chocolate or chocolate-containing foods are sold there, which is why the visit there, but was not the case. The waitress was asked if she had a lighter or matches. The answer to that was snappy and rude.

Had ice cream and coffee to go at "ChocoLab" today. Friendly service, great coffee and delicious ice cream. We will pass the Isar again on the next walk ?

By far the best café/ greek style patisserie in Munich. One can find traditional pastry and also more modern and international deserts! Also perfect cold greek coffee and ice cream for the warmer days of summer. Everybody must visit it! Friendly service.

This place is magical for those with a sweet tooth :) they have an amazing selection of their own made cakes and desserts, quite a few very tasty pastries and also a nice selection for breakfast! Very much recommend!!!

I would like to ask you to add less preservatives into your cakes. And not to store them so long. Your customers might be not only shop-assistants, but also food technologists. Good luck. Coffee there is ok, pies also. .. . Ok, but taste was not fresh and too sweet.

Very nice place. First I had breakfast here with my family. The food was very nice and they had a lot of different choices on the menu. You can sit inside or outside. We set inside. It's a very cozy place. Where you can look into the kitchen where they make all the pastries. It was my birthday the next day so I bought a pie there. They were very nice and helpful. And explained everything about their pastries. I was there very last minute, but still they made this little plate on the cake to make it more a birthday cake. She also was so kind to give me a little pastrie for my birthday for free. The pie was really good. Very nice rich taste. Kind and helpful staff. I would really recommend going here.
